This 60-minute ride is designed to build strength and endurance for any cyclist.  In a pyramid style, the ride starts with a fast cadence to test a rider’s endurance, then lowers throughout to forge strength. Halfway through, and after some rest, the top of the pyramid is reached and the efforts start again with a low cadence that increases until the end. This routine will leave you sweating, so grab a towel and full bottle of water as you set out to build endurance and strength during another great cycling workout.
